Engagement planning is central to what we do.

Our other services, including event planning, facilitation, and notetaking are both extensions of engagement planning and also stand-alone services in their own right.

We see the central purpose of engagement is to empower people to have a say in decisions that affect their lives. We work with the client to:

Develop and engagement plan to confirm the purpose and objectives of the engagement

Review background information and other resource materials to ensure that the material is relevant to the audience

Develop a detailed workplan, timeline, and risk management plan. Design engagement backgrounders and infographics

Implement and report on engagements

Prepare final reporting on what was heard
